Quick Help with transport damage! Please note:

  • In any case, leave the goods and packaging unchanged.
  • Don't use any goods.
  • Report the damage immediately, within 24 hours, as followed below:

Parcel service: Mark damage to the sheeter list. Since this isn't possible for UPS, deny the acceptance!

Shipping: Mark damage on the proof of delivery.

Parcel service: Report damage within 7 days to the consignor and prepare goods in their original packaging with your Receipt for pickup.

Bitte beachten Sie:

It is important that the transport company in charge assesses the damaged goods, otherwise the claim for damages expires and cannot longer be asserted. In this case, the goods would be returned to you.
